March 2018

Candlelit Dharma Talk & Guided Meditation. Karma & The Power Of Intention.

March 16, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Watlington House, 44 Watlington Street
Reading, RG1 4RJ United Kingdom
+ Google Map
£15

Delighted to be returning to Reading on Friday, March 16th for the second in a series of Candlelit Dharma talks and Guided Meditations, being held within the beautiful setting of Readings 17th Century Watlington House, and would be so happy if you could join (or rejoin!) me there. During the evening we will be taking a fresh look at the concept of Karma, exploring our understanding of what Karma actually means, the patterns we create in our own lives through our intentions, desires and motivations, and the cause and effect we subsequently generate. To follow, I will be leading a gentle guided meditation, helping us to explore these patterns in a compassionate and healing way, tending to our hearts, discovering our deeper motivations, and planting the seeds of intention for our paths forward... Teas and light refreshments will be served, and mats provided, but feel free to bring a shawl or something cosy to snuggle up in. An offering of £15 is requested to reserve your place. I very much look forward to seeing you there. ?

April 1, 2018 - April 6, 2018
Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema Andalucia Spain + Google Map

Set within the ravishing mountains of Sierra de Grazalema Nature Reserve, this happy and peaceful retreat includes three Yoga classes daily (all levels - all optional) Guided Meditation & Dharma talks (my bit), heart-stopping scenery, chic & cosy accommodation (each with a private pool) ridiculously delicious food, hiking, and the sweetest of people. It really is breathtakingly beautiful, and reasonably priced (May 27-June 1st already sold out) Re costs: 5-night retreat cost is £839, with a €50 discount for each friend you bring. (between you & I, Pm me, to discuss a little extra assistance to costs ) Flights to Malaga are not expensive, then we share a little minivan which ferries us to & from. All else, including hiking and visits (ie. to a gorgeous place where they’ve been producing family olive oil for generations and Antonio attempts to persuade genius but shy flamenco guitarist to play...), are included. Food is to die for, and all else optional if you just want to kick back and enjoy.... x
