DESCRIPTION:“Bask under the sun on the Mediterranean coast where the classical and the modern symphonize.”\n\nLittle shout out to all those yearning for some peace\, health and well-being (basically\, me and everyone I can think of)… \nAm delighted and grateful to be teaching again on this beautiful retreat\, located a mere kilometer from the beach in a small seaside town just outside the stunningly beautiful\, historically rich town of Valencia\, on the Eastern coast of Spain. \nFor more details & to book\, please follow the link here. \n\n\n\n\nYoga asana will be held in a large shala with natural light and high ceilings (fabulous teachers including\, amongst others\, my dear friend and inspirational teacher the Dancing Yogini Antonée Lua) \nWith four classes daily (all levels – all optional!)\, plus Guided Meditation & Dharma talks (my bit)\, this could be the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice and find the serenity and strength we have been struggling to maintain for throughout these dark and challenging times. \nOpen spaces\, tranquillity\, a gorgeous pool\, blue skies\, delicious food\, golden beaches plus an on-site spa\, jacuzzi and sauna all blissfully to hand to aid & abet the process. \nRooms (single or to share – priced accordingly) come with ensuite bathrooms\, heating & air conditioning. Wifi is available throughout the retreat center. \nSpain is currently fine to enter from UK without PCR testing (if vaccinated).
